The role requires Alabama RN licensure and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support timely clinical decisions and patient care continuity.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Alabama (state or Compact) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate transfers and acceptance with Transfer Center Specialists to facilitate patient movement.
• Collect and relay clinical information for transfer requests to match patient needs with bed capacity and services.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, referring facilities, physicians, and hospital staff to optimize throughput.
