Job summary

Community Partners NH is seeking an RN for Developmental Services in Strafford County. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure the health and safety of individuals served and provide medication administration training to non-licensed staff.

You will conduct quality assurance reviews and help prepare for audits and certifications. A compassionate, detail‑oriented approach and strong communication skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Current NH RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Experience in developmental disabilities and/or mental health is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety of individuals served.
• Train non-licensed staff in medication administration.
• Coordinate healthcare for clients.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and assist audits and certifications.

Skills
