Job summary

Reliancecaregroup is seeking an Assistant Residential Director to assist in managing multiple CILA homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will conduct nursing assessments, oversee medication administration, and support staff through training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license in good standing required.
• 4+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Experience within CILA, ICF/DD, waiver, residential or developmental disability services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Assistant Residential Director for assigned CILA programs.
• Conduct medication administration training and competency evaluations.
• Support Residential Supervisors, QIDPs, DSPs, and management staff.
