Job summary

Oklahoma City Community College seeks an RN-to-BSN Program Associate Director to lead the RN-to-BSN program within the Nursing Program. You will oversee design, implementation, student progression and success, curriculum coordination, faculty collaboration, and ongoing program improvement, in partnership with college leadership.

You will ensure compliance with accreditation standards, coordinate admission and progression processes, mentor faculty and students, and drive data-driven improvements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing and Oklahoma RN license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the RN-to-BSN program within the Nursing Program.
• Coordinate curriculum design, implementation and evaluation to ensure student progression and success.
• Collaborate with the Dean, faculty, student services and college departments to meet accreditation standards and institutional requirements.
• Monitor outcomes, coordinate admission, orientation, progression and graduation processes; supervise faculty and adjuncts.
