Iowa State University is seeking a Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing to lead the RN-to-BSN program for a 9-month appointment with renewal based on performance. The role includes developing, delivering, evaluating, and continually improving the curriculum, and providing leadership in course design, curriculum mapping, and program assessment.

The position requires collaboration with faculty, laboratory and simulation coordinators, clinical coordinators, healthcare partners, and university

Competenze

MSN and two years of clinical nursing experience.
Current unencumbered RN license or eligibility for RN licensure in Iowa.
Evidence of expertise in nursing education, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
Experience teaching in higher education nursing.
Knowledge of nursing accreditation, IBON standards, regulatory requirements, and competency frameworks.

Develop, deliver, evaluate, and continuously improve the RN-to-BSN curriculum.
Lead course design, curriculum mapping, program assessment, and innovative educational practices.
