Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in San Diego is seeking an RN Territory Clinical Manager to oversee patient care services and clinical personnel.

This in-office role coordinates care, ensures CHAP/survey readiness, and leads QAPI and QA activities while supporting an interdisciplinary team. Qualified candidates hold an RN license, 3–5 years of RN experience, and CPR certification; driving is required as travel to multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as an RN in the state of operation.
• 3–5 years RN experience.
• Experience managing RN services in home, community, or clinic is preferred.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of operation.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle and be able to travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day clinical and office operations.
• Ensures services are in compliance with professional standards, agency policy and procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Coordinates referrals and patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Develops, implements, and updates the individualized plan of care.
• Evaluates quality of clinical care and patient needs.
• Participates in QA, performance improvement, and accreditation activities.
