Job summary

Temporary RN Assignment

Experienced RN assignment at Huntsville Hospital, not a 1099 contract. Identify patient needs, plan and delegate care, evaluate outcomes, and be accountable for outcomes of patient care during the assigned shift.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 weeks, renewable once for a total of 26 weeks.
• Type: Temp with full‑time hours (PRN status); considered employee for a minimum of 13 weeks.
• Shifts: Day and night shifts. Minimum 48 hours per week for 13 weeks, rotating weekends; eligible for overtime and shift differentials, not for lump sum incentives.
• Benefits: Limited benefit plan: high deductible health plan only; no disability/life insurance, no ETO accrual or 401(k) matching.
