Job summary

Highmark Health's Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 5 North unit with critical monitoring and complex care. The RN will lead nursing teams, coordinate care and ensure safety and quality patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration across RNs, LPNs, and PCTs within a blended team nursing model. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, commitment to lifelong learning, and adherence to HIPAA and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• CPR certification.
• Act 34, Act 33, Act 73 and FBI fingerprinting background checks required.
• Compliance with HIPAA and privacy policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Mentors and role models for staff development and patient care quality.
