Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Med Surg Telemetry unit on weekend incentive nights. The 32-bed Johnson 3 telemetry unit cares for stroke, cardiovascular, and infectious conditions with a patient-centered approach.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to optimize outcomes for patients aged 18 and older. This role emphasizes collaboration, education for patients and families, and use of telemetry to monitor cardiac

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BLS required.
• Telemetry experience or Basic Arrhythmia Recognition within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications, wound care, monitor progress and evaluate therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care.
• Educate patients and families to support outcomes and self-care.
