You will join Johnson 3, a 32-bed telemetry unit focused on stroke and cardiopulmonary care, using an evidence-based approach. The role requires a BSN preferred, MA RN license, BLS, and telemetry experience or completion of Basic Arrhythmia Recognition within 6 months.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Telemetry experience or completion of Basic Arrhythmia Recognition within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications, wound treatments; observe patient progress and evaluate therapies for outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to develop an optimal care plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and families to achieve maximum outcomes.
