Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required within 5 years of hire.
• Graduates from a non-accredited nursing program must have NCLEX licensure and related acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, PT/OT/RT and family input to plan care.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patient care.
• Document education and learning in the health record.
