Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Clinical Education specialist to provide service group educational support to clinical staff, focusing on staff development and clinical expertise to enhance patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with the service group director and Clinical Nurse Specialist to plan and foster excellence in care using educational theory, with a strong emphasis on staff growth, safety, and positive results.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Nursing.
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License
• License in states wherever care is delivered
• 3 years Experience in nursing leadership including clinical experience in associated service line area.

Responsibilities

• Provide service group educational support to clinical staff.
• Focus on staff clinical development and expertise.
• Work with service group director and Clinical Nurse Specialist to plan development of excellence in care.
