Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN to coordinate clinical support staff and manage clinic workflows, ensuring safe, timely care and alignment with nursing standards.

This on-site role in Edmonds provides opportunities to work closely with physicians, lead a nursing team, and advance patient-centered care across the Swedish Medical Group network in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
• 3 years Direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
• Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic.
• Lead staff to ensure patient care services are efficient, safe and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians regarding nursing practice in the department.
• Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
