Job summary

Providence Swedish seeks a Clinical Supervisor RN to coordinate clinical support staff and manage clinic workflows. You will bring nursing leadership to the care team, oversee patient care delivery, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high standards of practice.

You will lead staffing to ensure safety, efficiency, and compassionate care, while enforcing clinic policies and supporting ongoing staff development and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire: Washington Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably ambulatory.
• Experience delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise clinical support staff and workflows.
• Lead clinical staff to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians on nursing-related practice.
