Job summary

Providence is seeking a clinical education professional to provide service group educational support to frontline staff in Seattle. The role emphasizes applying educational theory to foster clinical growth and staff competency to ensure safe patient outcomes.

You will work closely with the service group director and Clinical Nurse Specialist to plan development of excellence in care and to empower nurses through ongoing education and coaching within the care group.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN license.
• License in states where care is delivered.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience including clinical leadership in a service line.

Responsibilities

• Provide service group educational support to clinical staff and focus on staff clinical development and expertise.
• Plan for development of excellence in care in collaboration with service group director and Clinical Nurse Specialist.
• Foster clinical growth to increase staff competency and ensure safe, positive patient outcomes.
