Job summary

Prime Healthcare is recruiting a Clinical RN Educator to bridge clinical practice and education within our hospital setting. The RN Educator will develop orientation programs, provide ongoing training on clinical skills, protocols and patient care standards, and support new graduates during onboarding.

The role emphasizes mentoring, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with leadership on quality and safety initiatives. Full-time daytime schedule at Providence Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license issued by the State.
• BLS (AHA) certification required on hire and kept current.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience; Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver orientation programs for new staff and ongoing clinical education.
• Serve as a clinical resource, mentor staff in skill development and decision making.
• Assist in implementing new clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices; monitor compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement and patient safety projects; analyze data and aid action planning.
• Encourage certifications and career growth; inform staff about changes in regulations and trends.
