Responsibilities

• Provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, SRH policies and Standard Work.
• Coordinate and delegate care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicate findings as indicated to appropriate person(s).
• Functions in the role of charge/lead nurse and coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
