Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC invites qualified registered nurses to join our telemetry unit. You will provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry patients in line with the medical plan of care, coordinating with the care team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities include communicating findings, delegating tasks, and serving as charge/lead nurse under the direction of the Nurse Manager. We value patient-centered care and adherence to SRH policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree required.
• BLS certified.
• Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia certifications within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry patients per the medical plan of care.
• Coordinate and delegate care with/ to other professionals and ancillary staff.
• Communicate findings to appropriate persons and serve as charge/lead nurse.
• Assist Nurse Manager or Director with additional duties as requested.
