Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC invites qualified registered nurses to join our telemetry unit. You will provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry patients in line with the medical plan of care, coordinating with the care team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities include communicating findings, delegating tasks, and serving as charge/lead nurse under the direction of the Nurse Manager. We value patient-centered care and adherence to SRH policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree required.
• BLS certified.
• Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia certifications within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate care with/ to other professionals and ancillary staff.

Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) the nurse provides and documents professional nursing care to telemetry patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. The nurse coordinates and delegates care with and to other professionals and ancillary personnel, communicates findings as indicated to appropriate persons, and serves as charge/lead nurse. Additional duties may be requested by the Nurse Manager or Director.

Qualifications: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina, ADN degree, BLS certified, Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia certification within 1 year.
