Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an RN - Tele to join a Cardiac Progressive Stepdown unit on a 13-week assignment. You will provide telemetry nursing care for cardiac patients following procedures and support patient monitoring in a 26-bed unit. Unit staffing includes Charge Nurse, Bedside Nurse, PCT, and Unit Secretary.

Pacemakers are among equipment; Meditech is used for documentation. Self-scheduling is available; weekends require three shifts in four weeks for day shift and four weekend shifts for

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.

Description:This is a Cardiac Specialty Unit with 26 beds.Patient ratios on the unit are 1:4.The staffing includes a Charge Nurse, Bedside Nurse, PCT, and Unit Secretary.Equipment used includes pacemakers.The documentation system in use is Meditech.Self-scheduling is available for staff.Weekends require three weekend shifts within a four-week period on day shift.Four weekend shifts are required within a four-week period on night shift.There are no on-call requirements.Staff may float to Telemetry or Med/Surg units as needed.There are no specific certifications required for this position.The required uniform comprises royal blue tops and black pants.Candidates should review unit-specific policies and guidelines related to hospital-wide procedures.This is a newly established Cardiac Progressive Stepdown unit.
