Job summary

Queen City Hospice in Southwest Ohio is seeking an experienced RN Team Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role oversees scheduling, staff development, and QA/QI initiatives, partnering with interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes, improve processes, and support census growth in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio (or eligible to obtain).
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience, including 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and clinical operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and administrative skills.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for clinical operations and patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations (CMS, hospice Conditions of Participation).
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
• Oversee staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management for clinical team members.
• Lead and support ongoing staff education and professional development programs.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical record documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care and positive outcomes.
• Support strategic initiatives, operational goals, and census growth.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team environment.
