Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in North Baltimore, OH, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a direct care team and deliver high-quality clinical care across admission to discharge. You’ll supervise medications, treatments, documentation, and family teaching while ensuring patient safety and care planning alignment.

The role requires an active Ohio RN license and CPR certification, with a Weekend Package incentive offering extra pay.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state RN license
• Current CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure correct execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching and care planning.
• Apply the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents on assigned units daily to assess health status and report changes to the charge nurse/physician/DON.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
