Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in North Baltimore, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a patient care team and provide direct clinical care. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing services, supervising care staff, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and communication with families and the care team.

The position includes weekend shift coverage with a dedicated incentive and weekend differential; current RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are administered and documented per policies.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver care from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents on assigned units daily to monitor status and escalate as needed.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures if needed.
• Perform administrative duties such as forms, reports, and charting.
