Job summary

Springfield Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinical team under new management. You will provide high-quality nursing care, lead a dedicated team, and support positive resident outcomes in a supportive work culture.

Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• CPR certification preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per physician orders and resident care plans.
• Complete comprehensive resident assessments and document changes.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to physicians and leadership as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and standards.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments.
• Lead and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
