We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing clinical team.
Provide professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, facility policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Complete comprehensive resident assessments and accurately document changes in medical, behavioral, or functional status.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to physicians, nursing leadership, residents, and responsible parties as appropriate.
Complete admission assessments, medication reconciliation, MAR/TAR review, physician order verification, and other required admission documentation.
Coordinate resident discharges, including required documentation, physician and responsible-party notification, medication review, and transportation arrangements.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards.
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Respond appropriately and efficiently to changes in condition and emergency situations.
Provide leadership, direction, and clinical support to LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the nursing team.
Ensure accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
Participate in care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive resident outcomes.
Maintain compliance with infection prevention practices, resident rights, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment for residents, families, and coworkers.
Licensure/Certification:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
CPR certification preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
