Qualifications

• ADN from accredited nursing program
• RN license in Vermont or compact state in good standing
• BLS within 3 months of hire
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• CPI training within 1 year of hire
• PEARS preferred
• EMR knowledge
• Teamwork and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and interventions using the nursing process.
• Communicate effectively with patients, family, and team.
• Promote compassionate, cost-effective patient care.
• Incorporate teaching for health promotion and disease prevention.
