The role includes staff recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance input with a focus on patient satisfaction.

This position requires BSN, RN licensure, and CPR within 90 days; weekend/holiday shifts may apply, with a 32-hour weekly schedule and variable shifts in a hospital setting.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required within 90 days.
• ACLS, PALS, PEARS, NRP as unit requirements.

Mansioni

• Coordinate nursing care and unit operations.
• Provide direct patient care ~40% of time.
