Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an RN to provide direct clinical care and serve as a Team Leader for patient care staff at Cumberland Pointe Health Campus, West Lafayette, IN. Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are correctly administered, documented, and taught to families.
• Apply the nursing process to deliver care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge and return home.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and communicate changes to the nurse in charge, physician, or DON as needed.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when a physician isn’t available.
• Perform administrative tasks such as completing charts, reports, and evaluations.
