Trilogy Health Services in Indiana is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) at Cumberland Pointe Health Campus in West Lafayette. The RN will lead a care team, deliver direct patient care, coordinate medications and treatments, and ensure quality outcomes across admission to discharge.

The role requires a current RN license and CPR certification. Competitive benefits, weekly pay, and shift differentials apply, with base plus $4.00/hour for 2nd shift and base plus $5.00/hour for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are correctly executed and documented.
• Utilize the nursing process to ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to monitor status and notify supervisors of changes.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures if needed in absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms and charting.
