Job summary

• RN with licensing in Michigan and current, unrestricted license.
• 3–6 years of clinical experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC applications and/or mainframe systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise departments to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations.
• Lead staff development, plan changes, and optimize processes and resources.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration with Medical Directors and care teams.
• Monitor quality metrics and regulatory compliance to drive performance.
