Zusammenfassung

Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care across multiple CVCH sites in Wenatchee, Chelan, and East Wenatchee. The RN will assess, plan, and coordinate care, document in the EMR, and ensure timely follow-up while traveling between locations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Washington RN license, strong triage skills, and 2+ years in community or public health settings.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required.
• Two years' experience in Community/Migrant Health, Public Health, Family Practice, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, or Emergency Room preferred.

• Coordinate care, document in EMR, and prioritize patient needs.
• Direct triage calls and collaborate with providers for treatment plans.
