Allure HCS in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards and supports the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care.

You will direct day-to-day nursing activities, complete required charting, administer medications, and collaborate with inter-departmental staff to maintain a warm, safe unit.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unencumbered state license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Complete and file required charts and records for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide a warm, calm, and safe unit environment.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, IV care, and other duties as assigned.
