Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a team-based setting in Illinois. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly salary between $40 and $45, with opportunities for growth and development under supportive leadership.

The RN will conduct resident assessments, develop care plans with other professionals, coordinate with the IDT to optimize outcomes, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH and CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
