Job summary

Allure is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care and supervise nursing assistants in our Illinois facility. The RN will lead shifts, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality outcomes.

You will administer medications, assess residents, and participate in care planning while promoting a warm, supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and related laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities of aides and plan shift services.
• Complete admission/transfer/discharge forms and physician orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Lead coordination with inter-departmental staff to ensure quality care.
• Provide IV care and other professional nursing procedures as needed.
• Monitor safety in use of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
