Cascadia Healthcare in Oregon seeks a Registered Nurse to supervise staff, monitor residents, and develop care plans for long-term needs. The role administers medications, documents care, and coordinates with physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Must hold current RN licensure in the state and CPR certification. BSN preferred; six months LTC experience is a plus. State background checks are required before contact with residents.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
• Valid CPR Certification.

Mansioni

• Provides the highest quality of patient care to facility residents/patients.
• Documents care performed and observations of resident status in the clinical record promptly by utilizing standard clinical documentation guidelines.
• Communicates with resident's physician.
• Completes all nursing documentation: assessments, orders, progress notes, flowsheets, consents, and any assigned tasks and ensures that said documentation accurately reflects services required by the resident and provided to the residents.
• Administers medications as ordered, including next scheduled dose following admission/readmission; prepares, administers and documents medications; observes resident responses; identifies adverse drug reactions.
