Eskenazi Health is seeking an RN Talent Acquisition Consultant to act as a strategic recruitment partner, educator, and healthcare career ambassador. You will recruit top clinical talent and educate candidates, students, and hiring leaders about opportunities at Eskenazi Health.

The role collaborates with nursing leadership to develop innovative recruitment strategies, guide candidates through hiring, and strengthen the workforce that delivers exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN license or eligibility for Indiana RN licensure.
• Minimum of three (3) years of acute care nursing experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for nursing, allied health, and other clinical positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill healthcare roles.
• Educate candidates about career opportunities, pathways, and Eskenazi Health culture.
• Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
