Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to participate in implementation of nursing care plans and deliver direct and indirect patient care across the care cycle in a hospital setting.

You will document observations, assist with mobility, prepare patients for procedures, perform basic wound care, manage meds from the pharmacy, and support patient education while ensuring safety protocols and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate, diploma, or baccalaureate) is required.
• Active Texas RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Participates in implementing nursing care plans and provides direct and indirect patient care.
• Documents patient data and responses accurately during the care cycle.
• Assists with mobility, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Performs non-medicated support tasks, basic wound care, and specimen collection.
• Prepares patients for surgery or procedures and assists with education.
• Maintains safety protocols and uses EMRs and hospital equipment.
