Job summary

The candidate should hold a nursing degree (AA/BSN/MSN) and a current RN license, with experience in EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Valid, current Registered Nursing License in the state of West Virginia.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Conducts interviews to collect information initially and ongoing.
• Takes and records vital signs; administers injections; checks blood sugar; draws blood; collects urine drug screens.
