The University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital is seeking a Staff RN to join the Telemetry 4 North unit. This 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM), full-time, union, non-exempt position requires active RN licensure in California and ACLS/BLS as appropriate.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, IV therapy, and coordination with the care team. Competent in medication administration, nursing process, and performance-improvement activities, you will collaborate with unit staff

Competenze

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• A current RN licensure in the State of California is required.
• ACLS certification required when appropriate.
• BLS certification required.
• One-year acute care experience, preferred.
• Current RN experience in the specific service or department is preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate patient care; supervise licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Participate in organization-wide Performance Improvement Program through orientation, education, and quality control activities.
• Demonstrate IRAISE values in all patient interactions.
• Provide IV therapy and medication administration.
• Direct care provided by LVN, CNA, nursing student, and/or logistics technician as assigned.
• Collaborate with Manager/Director/Clinical Lead RN.
