Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in Missouri to provide patient care using the nursing process and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. You will coordinate care with other departments and ensure high standards of Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires active RN licensure in Missouri or a compact state, and BLS certification. Additional unit-specific certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, etc.) may be required based on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Maintain RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional unit-specific certifications may be needed.

Position Details:

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Experience

• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
