Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required by AH policy; CPR certification preferred.
• National specialty certification preferred for nursing administration.

Responsibilities

• Builds a high performing clinical team and leads unit staffing and education.
• Sets goals for patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
• Conducts daily rounds with physicians and coordinates care plans.
• Manages scheduling, overtime, and monthly unit staffing.
• Drives throughput and safety initiatives, and investigates issues.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Master's Degree (Preferred)
