Job Summary and Qualifications

Provide direct patient care within the scope of the RN Practice Act, focusing on peri-operative and surgical services. Use therapeutic communication, maintain a safe environment, implement and evaluate care plans, and support patients emotionally and physically. Supervise and mentor new staff, ensure high-quality care for diverse age groups, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of start.
• RN license in Texas or compact state.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Services experience.
