Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an RN for the Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit. This part-time role (24 hrs/week) covers night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

You will provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. You will work with a high-energy team in a 30-bed unit, handling orthopedic and general surgeries, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license (state-specific or compact).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (or within 30 days of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
