Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Promote optimal patient health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs through observation, interviews, and records; develop and implement care plans.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, specimens).
• Document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately; use IT to support decision-making.
