Essentia Health at St. Mary’s in Superior, WI seeks an RN Circulator/PACU/Endoscopy clinician for perioperative care. Responsibilities include nursing assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation with possible floating to Duluth as needed.

Dual MN/WI licensure required; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable. 64 hours per pay period; day shifts; on-call obligations. Experience in perioperative settings preferred; 6:30AM–8:30AM start times available, and a 0.8 FTE schedule supports a flexible work-life

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Perioperative assignments include RN Circulator, RN PACU, RN Endoscopy (including Mod Sedation).
• Possible floating to Duluth surgery depts as needed (dual MN/WI licensure required).
• Shift rotations: Day Shift 6:30AM–10:00AM start times; 0.8 FTE; on-call obligations.

Education Qualifications: Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. This position will work the following: 64 hours per pay period 8 Hour Shifts Day Shift Start Times: 6:30AM, 7:00AM, 7:30AM, 8:00AM, 8:30AM, 10:00AM On Call Requirements Perioperative assignments include: RN Circulator, RN PACU, RN Endoscopy (including Mod Sedation) Floating to Duluth surgery depts as needed following established guidelines (dual licensure MN/WI required) Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN) Licensure/Certification Qualifications: BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one year RN PACU experience preferred FTE: 0.8 Possible Remote/Hybrid Option: Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America) Shift Start Time: 6:30AM, 7AM, 7:30AM, 8AM, 8:30AM or 10AM Shift End Time: Weekends: None Holidays: No Call Obligation: Yes
