Essentia Health's St. Mary’s Hospital Superior in Superior, Wisconsin, seeks a surgical technologist (CST) to support OR procedures under RN supervision. Responsibilities include instrumentation, equipment, prosthesis, and supply management with flexible 8-hour day shifts and occasional on-call rotations.

Relocation assistance is available; travel/floating to Miller Dwan Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth may be required. Certification preferred; BCLS within 1 month of hire.

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Certification as surgical technologist preferred.
• BCLS within 1 month of hire.

• Functions under the supervision of an RN in providing technical interventions in the operating room to patients of all ages.

Building Location: St Marys Hospital Superior Department: 2013400 SURGERY - SMHS HOSP Job Description: Essentia Health is seeking a surgical technologist to serve at St. Mary's Hospital Superior in Superior, Wisconsin. This CST works 48 hours biweekly on 8-hour day shifts, but their schedule may be flexed upward based on facility needs. There is a "stay late" on-call rotation, but no weekend or holiday rotations are required. Relocation assistance is available for this position. Floating to Miller Dwan Medical Center and St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth will be required.

Education Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications

• Certification as a surgical technologist is preferred.
