Job summary

Mercy Medical Center Redding is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a surgical setting. You will perform assessments, coordinate care, and support patients through recovery, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff.

The role requires an active California RN license, BLS/ACLS on hire, and 2 years of recent circulating experience in outpatient surgery. Prefer CNOR/TNCC certifications and a BSN with scrub experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; scrubbing and circulating experience encouraged.
• CA RN license required at hire; BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• 2 years of recent circulating experience in outpatient surgery center required; OR/CSOR experience preferred.
• Preferred certifications: TNCC and CNOR.
