Job summary

Complete Care at Cedar Grove is hiring for aRegistered Nurse-RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff across a 3pm-11pm full-time shift and weekend coverage. Part-time weekend RN Supervisor roles are available for 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts, with two weekends per month required.

Daily pay option offered. Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active New Jersey RN license.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN License.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
• Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN may be considered.
