Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Must hold an active Texas RN license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing levels and respond to crises during shift.
• Review and update resident care plans and participate in QA.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in committees and staff development.
