Job summary

STGi in Temple, TX seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing care at the Texas State Veterans Home. This role is paid hourly with overtime eligibility, reflecting the demand for strong leadership in a 24/7 facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• Prior nursing management and supervision experience preferred.
• Strong English reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities on a 24/7 basis.
• Monitor staffing levels and respond to crises during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Review and update resident care plans and run audits as needed.
